All Bettina Liano garments are hand-made in Australia from the highest-quality imported materials overseen by Liano herself to ensure that our garments never lose their much-lauded standard.

It is our guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Bettina Liano online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when accompanied with the original sales receipt.

Garments may be returned without giving us prior notice. Please ensure you complete the Return Form (Click here to Download) and enclose it with the returned goods and original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase.

We recommended that all returns are registered or insured as we do not take responsibility for items that do not reach us. Please note: you are responsible for all postages and handling charges incurred when shipping items back to us.

Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to eShop@bettinaliano.com.au. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left for shipping the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.

Domestic Delivery 
All Domestic orders are delivered by Express Post Platinum and require a signature upon delivery. For security reasons, Bettina Liano online purchases may not be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone is available to sign during business hours. If our carrier attempts to deliver and no-one is available to sign, it will be your responsibility to arrange for collection from your local post office.
